Dan Hetherington

Dan Hetherington has extensive experience in the rowing community, currently serving as the Community Manager - Youth at British Rowing since September 2005. Responsibilities include acting as NGB Lead for the School Games, impacting over 21,000 young people since 2013, and leading the development of the University Indoor Rowing Series in collaboration with BUCS. Dan also holds the position of North West Team Leader at ErgExpert Event Solutions since May 2023 and is recognized for founding the Caldecotte Project, where development of the ARA Project Oarsome was spearheaded. Dan Hetherington earned a BSc in Geotechnics and Water Resources from Oxford Brookes University and attended Sharnbrook Upper School.
