Elliott Fisher

Elliott Fisher has extensive experience at British Sugar, having held various leadership positions since September 1994, currently serving as Site General Manager for the Wissington Sugar Factory. Key achievements include leading the design and implementation of transformational operating models and overseeing the restructuring of 530 non-management employees to enhance pay equality through a project called Ways of Working. Elliott has also managed operations across multiple product areas, including bulk and specialty sugars, contributed to site capability development, and led the corporate Apprenticeship Program. Prior to joining British Sugar, Elliott worked as a Store Assistant at Tesco from July 1994 to August 1996.
