Gemma Hassell

Gemma Hassell has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Business Partner with British Transport Police since January 2016, following roles as HR Manager and Senior HR Adviser. Previously, Gemma worked at Shaw Trust as an HR Business Partner and held various positions at Look Ahead Care and Support and Look Ahead Housing and Care, including HR Business Manager. Additional experience includes HR roles at Central & Cecil, Bromley College of Further and Higher Education, and the Civil Aviation Authority. Gemma holds a Postgraduate degree in International HRM & Employment Studies from London Metropolitan University and a CIPD Postgraduate HR Diploma from Croydon College.
