Manuel Latino, MBA, MSHRM, currently serves as the People Operations Business Partner at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Manuel had a distinguished career with Marine Corps Recruiting from December 2007 to July 2023, where significant achievements included leading training and development for 54 recruiters across South Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Previous positions also included Human Resources Manager, where Manuel strategized and mentored sales teams, and Director of Quality Control, overseeing the entrance processing for over 1,000 applicants annually. With a strong foundation in business education, Manuel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University, alongside an MBA in Business/Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
