James Morley

James Morley is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at British Transport Police since October 2018, where responsibilities have included significant network upgrades involving the migration of over 500 servers across 160 sites on a £20 million project. Prior experience includes working as a Specialist Network Designer at BT, leading the design of the City of London Police WAN network and contributing to the ANPR CCTV data network with a project value of £6 million. Earlier, Morley operated as a Network Technician at Cornwall Council, focusing on network operations and user support. Morley holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a degree from Bournemouth University.
