Millie Caston

Millie Caston is an experienced internal communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Lead at British Transport Police since April 2022. Prior to this role, Millie held positions such as Change Communications Manager and Internal Communications and Learning and Development Assistant at Bupa from September 2020 to April 2022. Millie's early experience includes a marketing internship at the University of Nottingham, a brief tenure in organisational development and communications at the NHS, and participation in an internship program with Hunter Healthcare. Millie earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Sheffield Hallam University, where studies spanned from 2017 to 2020, following completion of GCSEs and A levels at The Becket School from 2009 to 2016.
