Francine Dinglasan

Francine Dinglasan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications, event planning, and community engagement. From June 2019 to January 2023, Francine served as the Regional Internal Communications Lead at Siemens, building upon previous roles as Country Head of Communications for Qatar and Kuwait and Corporate Communications Lead, where expertise in communications planning was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes coordinating student life initiatives at Hamad bin Khalifa University and various roles at Qatar Foundation focused on community outreach and student engagement. Francine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar.
