Catriona Hopkins

Catriona Hopkins is the founder of PhysioPhilosophy- Physio and Sports Injury Clinic, specializing in physiotherapy and rehabilitation with over 21 years of experience across various environments. Catriona also serves as a Physiotherapist at British Swimming, Lead Physiotherapist at Hereford Cathedral School, and Contract Physiotherapist at British Gymnastics, BUCS, and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Catriona previously worked at Nuffield Health, Wye Valley NHS Trust, and SSAFA the Armed Forces charity. Catriona holds a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University and a PgD in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
