Michelle Bloxham

Michelle Bloxham, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Operations Partner at Brivo since February 2023. Previously, Michelle held the role of Senior Human Resource Manager at Worthington Armstrong Venture from September 2009 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing leave programs, administering employee benefits, overseeing the performance management process, conducting compliance audits, and advising management on employee issues. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments and as a Human Resources Administrator at Marjack Company, Inc., with a focus on recruitment, payroll processing, and employee orientation. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
