Richard Sefcik

Richard Sefcik, MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Richard served as the Director of Client Success at Brivo, overseeing onboarding, order processing, and customer success teams. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at Alberta College of Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathy College of Canada. Richard also held key positions at HeadCount Corporation, including Vice President and Sr. Director of Client Management, where they focused on building client relationships, developing innovative consulting methods, and strategic planning for business growth.

Richard Sefcik earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business and Business Law from the University of Alberta in 2003. Richard later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution, completing their studies in 2021.
