Thomas Raaijen is a Principal Consultant at BrixCRM since February 2018, specializing in advising organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium on customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to achieve business goals. Previously, Thomas held roles as a Consultant and Graduate Intern at BrixCRM, where focus was on implementing CRM tools to enhance customer understanding and service. Prior to BrixCRM, Thomas served as a Student Assistant in Quality Assurance of Education at Universiteit Twente, contributing to the evaluation of educational programs, and held various leadership positions within I.C.T.S.V. Inter-Actief, including Chairman of the Education Committee. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, awarded in 2016.
