Greg Lenners

Greg Lenners has extensive experience in property management, particularly in overseeing and managing shopping centers.

Greg worked as a General Manager at Forest City Enterprises from March 2008 to March 2018, where they successfully opened an 800,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Center. Greg'sresponsibilities included hiring and managing a dedicated team, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining positive relationships with merchants, and maximizing revenue while minimizing expenses.

Before that, Greg was a General Manager at Simi Valley Town Center in California from March 2005 to February 2008. Greg achieved a successful opening of an 800,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Center by hiring a talented team, implementing policies and procedures, and building positive relationships with city officials and merchants.

Since 2018, Greg has been working at QICGRE as a Senior General Manager at The Shops at Wiregrass in Florida. Greg has continued to manage day-to-day operations, develop positive relationships with merchants, and ensure the financial success of the shopping center.

In 2020, Greg briefly worked as a Senior General Manager at CBRE at The Shops at Wiregrass. Greg successfully achieved the opening of an 800,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Center, managed day-to-day operations, and developed positive relationships with merchants.

Currently, Greg serves as a Senior Property Manager at Brixmor Property Group since 2022, where they oversee a portfolio of nine grocery and big box anchored shopping centers spanning approximately 1.5 million sq. ft.

Greg Lenners obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2004. Greg also completed Management I and Management II courses at The ICSC School of Professional Development. Additionally, they have a Real Estate License from the State of Florida, which they obtained in January 2018, and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager, which they obtained from ICSC in April 2015.
