Karen Lanham

Karen Lanham currently serves as Senior Property Manager at Brixmor Property Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Vice President of Leasing and Property Management at Iskalo Development Corp. from 2021 to 2025, where responsibility included overseeing leasing and property management teams for a commercial real estate portfolio of 85 properties totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. From 2013 to 2021, Karen was the Director of Leasing at the same company, managing leasing for a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and residential properties. Earlier in Karen’s career, from 2004 to 2013, the role of Leasing Director/Regional Property Manager was held at DDR Corp., focusing on negotiating leases for a portfolio of shopping centers spanning 6.5 million square feet. Karen Lanham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University.
