Karmen A. Blackwell

Karmen A. Blackwell, CSM, is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the retail and commercial real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Brixmor Property Group since September 2021, Karmen oversees properties across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Property Manager at Coro Realty Advisors, LLC, and significant contributions at Retail Planning Corp, where Karmen managed over 1 million square feet of retail space and became an ICSC Certified Shopping Center Manager in 2013. Karmen is also an Ambassador for OUT Georgia Business Alliance and a founding member of the Kennesaw State University Community Alumni Choir, providing key support for this non-profit organization. Educational qualifications include studies at Kennesaw State University and Georgia Institute of Real Estate.
