Stephen Aguayo

Stephen Aguayo, MBA, MCM, is a seasoned Senior Property Manager with extensive experience in managing diverse commercial properties, specifically retail shopping centers and medical office buildings. Currently, Aguayo directs operations for 1.5 million square feet across eight retail shopping centers at Brixmor Property Group. Previous roles include overseeing properties for DPI Retail, Apex Realty, Inc., and PMB Real Estate Services, where Aguayo excelled in vendor negotiations, tenant relations, and capital improvements. Aguayo holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Real Estate Development from Marylhurst University, alongside certifications in property management.
