Keith Bauman

Keith Bauman has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Keith began their career as a Commercial Appraiser at GA Partners/Arthur Andersen in 1987 and worked there until 1989. Keith then joined Kenneth Leventhal as a Tax Accountant from 1993 to 1995. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as a Tax Senior at EY. In 1997, they joined CenterAmerica Property Trust as a Budget Analyst, specializing in Acquisitions, and stayed there until 2002. Keith then moved to New Plan Excel Realty Trust, where they worked in Acquisitions/Dispositions from 2002 to 2007. After that, they joined Centro Properties Group US as a Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions from 2007 to 2011. Currently, Keith is working at Brixmor as a Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions since 2011.

Keith Bauman obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Tax at The University of Texas at Austin from 1991 to 1992. Prior to this, they attended Duke University, although the specific dates, degree, and field of study are unspecified.
