Michelle Davenport

Michelle Davenport has a diverse work experience. Michelle started their career at GSI Commerce in 2007 as an Accounts Payable Intern, where they audited vendor statements and processed invoices. Michelle then became an Inventory Staff Accountant, where they reviewed inventory and revenue activity and reconciled various balance sheet accounts. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Revenue Staff Accountant, where they created client settlements and performed financial close activities.

In 2013, Michelle joined Brixmor Property Group as a Senior Corporate Accountant. In this role, they were responsible for preparing and maintaining accuracy of supplemental schedules, footnotes, and analysis. Michelle also assisted in the preparation of financial statements and was solely responsible for preparing monthly consolidated cash flow statements. Michelle was later promoted to Manager of Corporate Accounting and then to Director of Corporate Accounting.

Their most recent position at Brixmor Property Group is Vice President of Corporate Accounting, which they started in February 2023. No end date is provided for this role.

Michelle Davenport attended East Carolina University from 2007-2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting. In August 2021, they also obtained a certification in Finance Transformation Series from the institution BlackLine.
