Rich Dippolito

Rich Dippolito has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Rich currently works as the VP of Re/Development at Brixmor Property Group, where they identify and implements redevelopment opportunities across their Midwest portfolio. Rich is also responsible for identifying value-add retail properties for acquisition.

Prior to their current role, Dippolito served as the Executive Vice President at Concordia Properties. In this role, they oversaw the finances and operations of the company, managing all aspects of the real estate life cycle for individual projects. Rich also supervised a team of over 15 people, both in-house and outsourced.

Dippolito also has experience in government, having served as a Councilman, Commissioner, and Committee Member for the City of Roswell.
