Michael A. Fishman

Michael A. Fishman, MD, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. Michael A. is currently a Pain Physician at the Center for Pain Control PC and the Chief Medical Officer at Brixton Biosciences, both starting in 2023. In 2017, they co-founded Celéri Health. From 2015 to 2023, they worked as a Pain Medicine Physician and Director of Research at the Center for Interventional Pain & Spine. Dr. Fishman has also held positions such as Director-at-Large at NANS - North American Neuromodulation Society from 2019 to 2021, and Doximity Fellow, Class of '15-'16 at Doximity from 2015 to 2016. Michael A. completed their Pain Medicine Fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2015 and was a Resident Physician in the Department of Anesthesiology at Yale New Haven Hospital from 2011 to 2014. Dr. Fishman began their medical career as a Resident Physician in the Department of Surgery at Lankenau Medical Center from 2009 to 2010, where they gained extensive surgical experience.

Michael A. Fishman, MD, MBA, obtained their MD degree in Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University from 2005 to 2009. Michael A. then pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their BA degree in Biology and Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their educational background, Michael A. Fishman has obtained several certifications, including ones in clinical trials with investigational drugs and medical devices, medical licensure, anesthesiology, and pain medicine subspecialty.
