Alice Kim

Alice Kim, MD, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Cleveland Clinic since September 2025. Previously, Alice was the President/CEO and COO of ID Care from September 2023 to August 2025, and held various roles at Cleveland Clinic from July 1997 to September 2023, including Medical Director of Medical Operations and Staff Physician specializing in Infectious Disease. Additional responsibilities have included leadership roles in COVID-19 response, hospital operations, and various medical committees. Alice has also contributed to academia as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and has held leadership positions in multiple healthcare organizations. Alice holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management and an MD from Northeast Ohio Medical University.
