Kim Masayko

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Kim is responsible for establishing procedures and best practices to achieve operational excellence for both the physical plant and fiscal performance of Brixton’s real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Brixton in 2016, Kim spent 17 years with Regency Centers, a national real estate investment firm, managing an in-place NOI of $50MM annually.

Kim graduated from the University of Phoenix with a business degree focusing on green and sustainable business practices. Kim is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers and has participated on their RetailGreen conference planning committee.
