Bhanu Rekepalli

Bhanu Rekepalli currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at BRMi, focusing on strategic expansion in federal agencies and leveraging expertise in bioinformatics, data science, health IT, and IT infrastructure engineering. Previously, Bhanu held various leadership roles at BioTeam, Inc., including Vice President of Government Services, where contributions centered on business development and contract negotiations for the federal sector. Bhanu's career includes significant positions as a Senior Director and Director, shaping the strategic vision for scientific computing and mentoring emerging leaders. Academic involvement includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee and as a Computational Scientist at the National Institute for Computational Sciences, with a robust research background in bioinformatics and computational biology. Bhanu earned a PhD in Computer Engineering and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee, complemented by a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
