Julianne Bishop

Julianne Bishop is an experienced web developer and programmer with a career spanning over two decades. Current work at BRMS since August 2013 focuses on the development and support of a web-based Open Enrollment platform. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Programmer/Analyst at SCM Advisors LLC from 2003 to March 2013, where responsibilities included the enhancement of proprietary applications and integration of financial data systems. Julianne also contributed as a lead developer at Socratic Technologies from 2000 to 2002 and served as Project Leader/Senior Developer at ABM Industries from 1993 to 2000, overseeing engineering applications and projects. Education was completed at the University of California, Berkeley.
