Madeleine Murphy

Madeleine Murphy is a skilled computational associate currently working at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where responsibilities include analyzing single-cell RNA and ATAC-seq datasets in various cellular models and implementing analysis pipelines for eQTL detection. Previously, Madeleine served as a student researcher at UCLA's Meyer Lab, developing a tensor decomposition method for longitudinal sample data, and completed a bioinformatics internship at IDEAYA Biosciences focusing on machine learning in cancer therapy. Additional experience includes roles as a peer learning facilitator at UCLA Athletics and positions in customer service as a lifeguard and swim instructor.
