Anita Harris

Anita Harris has extensive work experience in customer care and customer experience roles. Anita began their career at World Travel Holdings in 2003, where they served as the Director of Virtual Sales Team until 2008. In 2009, they joined Broad River Retail d/b/a Ashley HomeStore as a Senior Customer Care Manager and later held the positions of Associate Director Customer Experience and Associate Director, Customer Experience. Currently, Anita is working as the Senior Manager Customer Care at Broad River Furniture d/b/a Ashley HomeStore.

Anita Harris attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General.
