Bonnie Svoboda is an experienced professional in customer experience management with a strong background in call center operations. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Experience at Sourcebooks since November 2014, Bonnie has held various roles within the company, including Customer Experience Manager and Customer Care Manager. Prior to this, Bonnie spent ten years at Follett Higher Education Group as Call Center Manager, facilitating customer relationships in e-commerce and providing technical support. Earlier in Bonnie's career, a position as Call Center Manager at AAA Chicago involved monitoring Emergency Road Service requests and ensuring member satisfaction. Bonnie holds a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University, earned from 1987 to 1991.
