Tim Sobkowiak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim started their career in 1996 as a Remittance/ Verification Representative at GE/ Great Lakes Bureau. Tim then worked at Citadel Communications as a Supervising Broadcast Engineer from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Debt Free/ HMI Inc. as a Customer Service Representative/ Credit Counselor and later became a Supervisor. From 2008 to 2015, Tim worked at American Consumer Credit Counseling, initially as a Customer Service Representative/ Credit Counselor and later as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. In 2015, they joined Broad River Retail d/b/a Ashley HomeStore as a Customer Care Supervisor. Tim then progressed to the role of Customer Care Support Manager in 2017, where they focused on improving customer service and productivity. Tim further advanced their career at Broad River Retail as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, leading projects to enhance delivery speed and product quality. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, ERP and Retail Technology at the company, where they are responsible for overseeing technology systems and processes.
Tim Sobkowiak studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at Bunker Hill Community College from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued Journalism and Mass Communications at St. Bonaventure University from 1998 to 2001. In addition, Tim obtained a certification in Logistics Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2017.
