William Woodman, CMA

William Woodman, CMA has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. William most recently worked at Broad River Retail as the Executive Vice President of Finance, where they were responsible for strategic preparation and guidance to maintain the company's annual growth rate. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at the same company, overseeing financial operations and achieving a turnaround in profitability.

Before joining Broad River Retail, William was the Vice President of Finance at Broad River Retail, LLC d/b/a Ashley Furniture HomeStore, where they provided guidance and programs to achieve high levels of annual growth and profitability. William initially joined the company as a Financial Executive Consultant, where they performed a realignment of financial controls, reporting, and strategic planning.

William also has experience as a Senior Consultant at DARTON GROUP Consulting, providing financial planning and analysis services to Polymer Group Inc., a non-woven textile manufacturer. William worked as a contractor at Duke Energy Corporation and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ULTRA Machine & Fabrication, where they restructured and centralized the accounting and human resource groups.

Additionally, William served as the Chief Financial Officer of CloverTex, LLC, a textile manufacturer, leading a turnaround effort by obtaining distressed lending and retiring a significant amount of debt. William also worked as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Telco Systems, a telecommunications equipment company, and as the Division Controller at Behring Diagnostics, Inc., a biotech division within Behring AG.

Throughout their career, William Woodman has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, profitability improvement, and organizational restructuring.

William Woodman, CMA obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting from Bryant University from 1977 to 1980. In addition, they obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution in March 2003.
