Edward Porter has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Safety, Fleet & Asset Manager at Broadband Telecom Services since November 2016, while also holding the position of Tech Ops / Warehouse Supervisor at Suddenlink Communications since April 2013. Throughout their career at Suddenlink, Edward has overseen various operations including managing field service departments, enhancing service quality through team supervision, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. Edward's educational background includes training from the Society of Cable Television Engineers and the National Cable Television Institute, among others, with a focus on Criminal Justice and Police Science from Central Texas College and the Texas Department of Corrections Training Academy.
