Artem Faustov is a Senior Battery Scientist at Broadbit Batteries Oy, specializing in lithium-ion projects, including electrode fabrication optimization and electrolyte formulation development since March 2019. Previously, Artem served as Lead Process Engineer at a research center, focusing on high-energy lithium-ion laminated cells from June 2017 to January 2019, and as Lead Engineer at JSC Center of Perspective Technology and Apparatus, where research and development of primary lithium batteries were conducted from September 2014 to June 2017. From August 2009 to September 2014, Artem worked at Moscow Electrochemical Factory as a Senior Engineer, focusing on membrane electrode assemblies for fuel cells and high-power lithium-ion cell fabrication, and began a career at Lomonosov Moscow State University as a Laboratory Technician, researching carbon-based materials from June 2007 to August 2009. Artem is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Aalto University and holds a Specialist degree in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
