Andrew Ryback has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. Andrew began their career as a Newsroom Intern at Wgal 8 in January 2007, followed by a role as a Production Assistant at Rock Creek Productions from November 2007 to January 2008. In May 2008, Andrew joined Broadcast Management Group as EVP of Production / Production Manager, where they specialize in live music, news, and entertainment events. Andrew is responsible for technical management services, production staffing, transmission coordination, creative design, and technical equipment. In 2010, Andrew became the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mason Media Group until March 2010. Andrew then joined FaceTime Strategy as the Corporate Operations Manager from March 2010 to January 2012. Andrew further progressed within FaceTime Strategy, holding the positions of Director of Corporate Operations from January 2012 to September 2012 and Vice President of Corporate Operations from September 2012 to February 2013. Later, they worked as the Executive Vice President at GenEra Strategies from February 2013 to December 2014.

Andrew Ryback attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronic Media.
