Mohamed Elkhouly

Mohamed Elkhouly is a Principal RFIC/Millimeter-wave Design Engineer with 15 years of experience specializing in the design and implementation of millimeter-wave and sub-millimeter wave integrated circuits in SiGe BiCMOS technologies. Mohamed has developed expertise in RF measurements and system assembly, and is proficient in various circuit simulation and electromagnetic simulation tools. Mohamed has held positions at companies such as Broadcom Inc., Bosch, and Nokia Bell Labs, and earned a B.Sc from Ain Shams University, an M.Sc from Ain Shams University, and a Dr.-Ing in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
