Neeharika Gupta

Neeharika Gupta is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and product design across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Product Designer at VMware since June 2019, Neeharika leads the design vision for the multi-cloud infrastructure business group and manages a global team to enhance VMware's multi-cloud offerings. Prior roles include co-founding the Silicon Valley Green Team Network, serving as a Senior Manager of User Experience at Veritas Technologies, and holding various UX design positions at Symantec, where Neeharika was instrumental in establishing UX processes and designing intuitive products across several lines. Neeharika's career began with pivotal roles at Texity Systems and Qualcomm, complemented by a Master’s degree in Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Delhi University.
