Vince Shah

Vince Shah currently serves as the Director of Technical Support at Broadcom, a role commenced in November 2023. Prior to this position, Vince was the Senior Director of Global Support for VMware Cloud Solutions at VMware from March 2012 to November 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operations for customer support across multiple cloud platforms. Vince also held the position of Global Lead for the Asian@VMware Diversity & Inclusion Pod and directed a professional services team that consistently delivered high-margin projects. Vince’s previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on Identity and Access Management solutions, and as a Software Developer at Group Logic, Inc. Vince holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
