Charlie Dudley is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Managing Director & Co-Manager at Broadcrest since December 2015, Charlie previously held roles as Principal & CFO at Arsenal Venture Partners and Vice President of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the industrial and automotive sectors. Early career experience includes corporate finance advisory at SunTrust Bank and national account management at Hughes Supply. Charlie holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BA in Economics from Rollins College, supplemented by diverse educational experiences in Bangkok and Edina.
