Joe Fulmer

Prior to joining BroadJump, LLC, Joe led supply chain operations for Franklin Community Health Network in Maine, driving enduring bottom-line improvement through process optimization. Joe leveraged the supply chain as a conduit to improve the quality and cost of patient outcomes through physician and clinician engagement, strategic value analysis and revenue management. Previously, he managed manufacturing supply chain operations with Scott Paper Company and Kimberly Clark Corporation.
