Wanda Lane

Wanda has three decades of healthcare experience, functioning in various capacities from bedside nurse to owner of a nursing consulting business. Her background includes roles as a clinical implementation specialist and a healthcare services vendor. Prior to her current role as Vice President of Client Management and Value Analysis Specialist for BroadJump, Wanda was the Value Analysis Manager for Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee.

Currently, Wanda holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership, focusing on generational communication and interactions in the workplace, as well as evolving generational issues. She speaks at national and regional events on a variety of topics including value analysis, team building, communication and generational influences on business practice.
