Joseph O'Shea

Joseph O'Shea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joseph currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Delivery at Broadleaf Results since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director, Organizational and Supplier Development from March 2021 to July 2022 and as the Director, Organizational and Supplier Development from March 2018 to March 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Broadleaf Results, Joseph worked as the Director, Supplier Management and Business Excellence from November 2016 to March 2018 and as the Director, Client Strategy and Development from January 2013 to November 2016, both roles at Broadleaf Results. Joseph also served as a North America Account Manager from November 2008 to January 2013 and as a National Account Manager from July 2007 to November 2008 at the same company. Prior to that, Joseph worked as a Sr. Program Manager from August 2006 to July 2007.

Joseph's earlier experiences include working at Trison Business Solutions as a Recruiter/Vice President Corporate Development from July 2004 to August 2005. Joseph also worked at Hydrogenics as a Manager of Human Resources from January 2002 to July 2004 and at MKS Instruments as a Human Resources Representative and HRIS Specialist from March 2000 to January 2002. Additionally, Joseph worked at Hasbro Interactive as a Human Resources Consultant from April 1999 to December 1999 and at Lifeline Systems as an Employment and Employee Relations/Benefit and Compensation Administrator from June 1997 to March 1999.

Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as client delivery, organizational and supplier development, supplier management, client strategy and development, account management, recruitment, human resources, and employee relations.

Joseph O'Shea's education history includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they attended Niagara University where they earned a B.S. in Human Resources Management. In addition to their degrees, Joseph O'Shea has obtained several certifications. These include the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) from Staffing Industry Analysts obtained in January 2017, SHRM-SCP from SHRM obtained in May 2015, and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in June 2013.
