Brian Dubin

Brian Dubin has extensive work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Brian is currently employed as the Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic at Broadmark Realty Capital Inc., where they have been since January 2020. Prior to this, Brian was the Executive Vice President, Mid-Atlantic at Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. from November 2019 to January 2020. Brian also worked as a Partner at Broadmark Real Estate Management IV, LLC from March 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining Broadmark, Brian worked as the Vice President at BlueWater Funding, a private/hard money lender for real estate investment projects, from October 2015 to February 2019. Brian also served as the Vice President at CERTIFY from April 2013 to May 2015.

In addition to their real estate and finance roles, Brian has experience in leadership and management positions. Brian worked as the Head Director of the Eagle-Vail Branch at The American Red Cross from October 2001 to February 2002.

Brian's work experience also includes founding and co-owning Educated Cleaners, a locally grown, woman-owned environmentally-conscious cleaning company, where they have been since January 1996.

Through their various roles, Brian has developed expertise in real estate financing, loan management, and executive leadership. Brian is known for their ability to provide excellent customer service and produce quality results while minimizing environmental impact.

Brian Dubin attended Churchill High School from 1992 to 1996. Brian then went on to study Communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
