Jefferson Cary

Jefferson Cary is a seasoned professional in real estate development and asset management, currently serving as Senior Asset Manager for Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. since April 2021. In this role, Jefferson oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and residential properties across the Eastern Region of the United States, focusing on the management of non-performing assets. Previously, Jefferson held key positions including Head of Development at Springcove Homes, Project Manager for multi-family projects at Rocklyn Homes, and similar roles at Creekside Properties, Merrill Lynch, and Cary Development, LLC.
