Cynthia Harshaw

Cynthia Harshaw is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Banquets at The Broadmoor since August 2022. Previously, Cynthia held the position of General Manager at Corporate Caterers from November 2020 to January 2022 and at several establishments including The Sacred Space Miami, Grove Bay Hospitality Group, and Soyka Restaurant, Bar & Lounge. Cynthia also served as the Director of Beach Club Operations at Fisher Island Club and occupied various roles at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, including General Manager of La Cote and Beverage Manager. Earlier in the career, Cynthia worked as a Wine Buyer/Beverage Manager at Texas de Brazil and as a Catering Sales Manager at Vail Cascade Resort by Destination Hotels.
