David Patterson

Vice President Of Food & Beverage at Broadmoor Hotel

David Patterson has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary industry. Starting in 2001 as an Executive Sous Chef at Maisonette, they then went on to work as an Executive Chef at Hotel Hana-Maui from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Groupe Alain Ducasse as an Executive Sous Chef, and later moved to ADOUR ALAIN DUCASSE in 2012 in the same role. In 2011, they worked at Benoit Bistro as an Executive Sous Chef. From 2008 to 2011, they also served as an Executive Sous Chef at ADOUR at The St. Regis Hotel. Most recently, Patterson has been working at The Broadmoor since 2013, first as the Executive Sous Chef - Restaurants, then as the Executive Chef, and currently as the Vice President of Food & Beverage.

David Patterson attended the New England Culinary Institute and obtained an AOS degree in Culinary Arts. David also graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA degree in Liberal Arts.
