Duane Thompson

Duane Thompson is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in fine dining management. Currently serving as the General Manager of The Summit Dining Room at The Broadmoor since October 2022, Thompson previously held the position of Evening Manager for various dining venues at The Garden of the Gods Resort from June 2018 to March 2020. Earlier, Thompson spent nearly three decades at The Broadmoor, culminating in the role of General Manager/Maitre d' at The Penrose Room, Colorado's only Five Star & Five Diamond dining establishment. Thompson began a career in hospitality at The Antlers Hotel, where titled roles included Dining Room Captain and Bartender. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Data Processing from Pikes Peak State College and graduation from Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School.
