Michael Caspani has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Banc of America Securities until 2008. Michael then became an Associate at The Gladstone Companies from 2008 to 2012. After that, they joined USAID as an Investment Officer for a brief period in 2012. Michael later worked as an Investment Banking Associate at GCA Savvian from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Vice President at Macquarie Group. In 2018, they became a Board Observer at Science and Medicine Group. In 2020, they served as a Board Member at IXRF, Inc., and a year later, in 2021, they became a Board Member at Particle Dynamics. Currently, they are a Managing Director at BroadOak Capital Partners, where they provide flexible growth capital to companies in the pharma services and life science research tools and instrumentation markets. Michael is also a Board Member at rareLife solutions.
Michael Caspani completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) with Special Attainments in Commerce, with a focus on Business Administration, from Washington and Lee University in 2006. Michael went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth between 2012 and 2014.
