Kim Wendel Medrano

Kim Wendel Medrano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at BroadPath since March 2023 and President of Ecoverde Espacio Homeowners Association Inc. since May 2024, Kim has previously held senior roles at ResultsCX and Sitel, where responsibilities included guiding recruitment strategies and managing talent acquisition teams. Kim's talent acquisition expertise is further enriched by prior positions at CSS Corp, ONE Contact Center, HopeNet, Inc., and TeleTech Philippines, where a range of roles were undertaken from recruitment advising to management. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from De La Salle Lipa, obtained in 2008.
