Stephen Toy

Stephen Toy is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at BroadPeak Global. He is responsible for all aspects of firm and investment management.

Previously, Mr. Toy served as Global Head of Private Equity and Senior Managing Partner at Invesco Private Capital and WL Ross & Co.

Prior to that, Mr. Toy worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring Group at Rothschild Inc. and the Public Finance Group at O’Brien Partners Inc.

Mr. Toy has served on the boards of Amalgamated Bank, Plascar Participacoes SA, and Exco Resources Inc. (public companies) as well as Compagnie Europeenne de Wagons, Kansai Sawayaka Bank, International Automotive Components Group, Marquis Who’s Who LLC, and Permian Basin Materials LLC.

Mr. Toy graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
