Kia Thomas is a strategic thought leader with a focus on business process improvements and extensive experience in logistics and retail management. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager at BroadRange Logistics since May 2020, Kia previously held the position of Operations Manager at Shipbob and worked at Goodwill of North Georgia from 2004 to February 2020 as Store Manager. In this role, Kia supervised daily operations, maximizing sales and profitability, resulting in multiple retail locations exceeding $1M in annual revenue. Kia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Sciences from Ashford University.
