Bharat Dhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as a Business Solutions Manager at Broadridge since July 2011, Bharat has developed Capital Markets and Banking Solutions, delivering significant operational advantages to banks and broker-dealers worldwide. With over six years of experience in the US Fixed Income domain, Bharat has demonstrated expertise in Outright, Finance, and Tri-Party trade processing systems. Prior to Broadridge, Bharat worked as a Technical Lead at KPIT, overseeing the development of the ERP system MAPICS on AS400 and earning multiple accolades for contributions and mentorship in finance projects. Bharat began a career at KEM Hospital Pune as an EDP-Incharge, where responsibilities included implementing the Healthcare Information Management System. Bharat holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Pune, earned between 1994 and 1998.
