Jeff Molin

Jeff Molin, MBA, MS-HR, CCP, GRP, CSCP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as VP Global Total Rewards at Broadridge since 2018, Jeff oversees global compensation and benefit programs for 14,500 employees in over 15 countries, focusing on executive compensation, equity plans, wellness initiatives, and DE&I efforts. Prior to this role, Jeff consulted for various organizations, enhancing employee engagement through effective compensation structures and HRIS development. Jeff's previous tenure at Pall Corporation spanned 16 years, where responsibilities included reengineering total rewards functions across multiple regions and managing compensation during mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MS in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus, alongside a BS in Finance.
