Laura Matlin

Laura Matlin is the current Corporate VP, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Governance Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Broadridge. Laura has held this position since 2007. Prior to their current role, Laura was the Assistant General Counsel at ADP - Brokerage Services Group from 1997 to 2007. From 1994 to 1997, they were an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in the Corporate Department where they focused on mergers and acquisitions and securities. Laura began their career as an Associate at Shea & Gould from 1992 to 1994 before the company dissolved in March 1994.

Laura Matlin has a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Portland State University. Laura also has certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP/US.
